Thai Yoga is a relaxing and passive way to stretch your body. Sessions are conducted on the floor on a special cushioned mat for your comfort. All you have to do is let go and breathe while Yvonne gently guides your body into seated and reclining yoga postures. Sessions are 90 minutes long to allow ample time to stretch, restore, and calm your entire being, finishing with a blissful face and scalp massage. Wear comfortable stretchy clothes.

When the weather is warm enough, sessions are held outside in a private covered patio.

Thai Yoga is $100 for a 90 minute session in Yvonne’s Northport studio.
